365 Days of Color - Peace Love Purple

I know, I totally suck... Man has it been a long time since I consistantly posted!! I've had a rough go of it the last month, but Im getting back into the swing of things!!

Today I have something VERY special to show you... This is a pretty that you wont see anywhere else. That's right, the wonderful and super-talented Sunny over at 365 Days of Color made this just for me!! And I have an extra bottle... FOR YOU! When I hit 1500 likes on my Facebook page, this baby will be given to one of you lucky ladies!!

AHHH! So pretty! Its a purple base with a bit of a jelly feel so you dont lose the glitter from the first layer! There is black, blue, pink and white hexagon glitter and a lovely, subtle pink shimmer (that was almost impossible to capture... you can see a little bit of it on my pointer and ring fingers).

It was almost a one coat wonder!! In fact, if you arent anal and CDO (that's OCD in the correct order lol), like me, one coat will probably be just fine for you!

Remember, the only way to get one of these is to win it... and the only way to win it is to help me get to 1500 likes on Facebook... I have less than 100 to go!

Zoya - Charla

I have wanted this baby for ages... there is nothing about this polish that doesn't scream my name. It is super shiny and the color I gravitate to more than anything... So, when I saw is on Copious, I had to snag it up! How could I not when it only cost me $.01?

Have you checked out Copius yet? Click here (my referral link) and you will get $10 credit. Search for nail polish, or search by brand and you will find all sorts of pretties that you can buy! You will have to use your credit card to charge $.01, but I have gotten at least 7 or 8 polishes off of the website and have not had any problems!

For some reason, the camera brought out my nail line. It was no where near as obvious in person!! This is two coats of glittery awesomeness! I wore this for 4 days (unheard of) and it barely chipped. I have zero complaints!

Review - Sally Hansen Salon Effects Headbanger

Sally Hansen was wonderful enough to send me some goodies to test out for you... this is the first part of my review! They sent me a number of nail wraps, but of course I was drawn to the shiny one.

This was my first time using nail wraps. They dont work so well with my nails because my pointer, middle and ring finger are all pretty much the same width. Im sure most of you aren't freaks of nature and dont have this problem, so Im not going to hold that against them! LOL... I trimmed them down to make them work for me.

I wore these for 6 days. I didnt get a pic of them "fresh," because I was running around like a chicken with my head cut-off. But, I didnt think it was totally necessary (you can imagine what they looked like haha). This is right before I took them off... 6 days of HARD wear. I was not nice to them. In fact, I was so hard on my nails in the 6 days I was wearing these, I chipped two of them (and had to file all my nails down... so sad).

I did not file smooth the chips. I wanted you to see how the wraps chipped with my nail.

I have been testing some nail growth products for you... and I think they are working because my nails grew a whole lot in the 6 days I had these on! Also, I feel I must apologize for the darkness of these pictures... The white packaging threw of my camera's brightness settings.

I am confident that these would've gone another day or two before needing removal if I had not chipped my pointer and middle finger. Looking at the ring and pinky finger they still look nice! But, as you can see the chipped nail took a toll on the wraps.

I love the color and design of these wraps. They are fun and spunky. The instructions were easy to follow and they provided everything needed to apply them.

I think that these are great if you have a special occasion and you want some fun nail art on your fingers, but dont have the time to do it by hand... or if you dont have the confidence or tools to do it yourself (because I am a strong believer that anyone can do nail art with the right tools... it's a lot easier than it looks!)

You also can't beat the zero dry time! Although the applying took just as long, if not a bit longer, than it does for me to paint my nails. That could just be because I am OCD though ;)

You can buy these pretty much anywhere... Target, Ulta, online... they retail for $9.99, although they are on sale at Ulta right now for $7.99. You get everything you need for one mani that could last you up to 10 days (if you are nicer on it than I was! haha).

**This item was sent to me for review. I was not paid for this review. All opinions are my own and are an accurate representation of my experience with the product.**

Whimsical Nails by Pam - Peanut Butter & Jelly

I am in love with Whimsical Nails by Pam... I want all of her polishes, I will not be satisfied until they are all in my greedy little hands!

I found Peanut Butter & Jelly hard to capture in pictures; my camera hated it for some reason. But it's still gorgeous in the pics, even if they arent perfectly true.

In these pics you can't tell that it's a jelly... but it is, and it's a gorgeous, uniquely hued jelly! I love, love, love this baby!

It took 2 coats to get this coverage. I used my Essie Good-To-Go for the top coat and it was smooth after just one coat... so this isn't a top coat eater which is awesome!

If you have not seen Whimsical Idea's by Pam, then you need to crawl out from under the rock and order some... they are perfect!!

What's your favorite Whimsy?

Try it on Tuesday - Pretty & Polished Jawbreaker

IM BACK!!!!

Hey ladies, I sure have missed sharing pretties with you! Sorry for my hiatus, lost a friend and had to take a little time off. I love blogging, but it has to take a step back from time to time.

Anywho, enough of that... Today I have on Jawbreaker! I got it months ago and have gotten distracted and have never tried it on. How freaking silly is that?!

I had a few problems with curling red squares... but it wasnt so bad that it annoyed me. It took 2 coats for this coverage, and the glitter was easy to work with.

Just for fun, I stopped and got a giant jawbreaker to take pics with! Enjoy some food porn :D

Have you managed to snag Jawbreaker?? What's your favorite P&P??
