The only saving grace of this mani is the base, which I will be reviewing next week...

See, broccoli lol. The base is Barielle Green Apple Chew. It is beautiful and I will have swatches all on its own early next week. I used Avon Nail Art Enamel in Styled Green for the shamrocks themselves and outlined them with my black Stripe Rite.
